Simple vegan "egg" spread

So I didn't think I was going to post recipes here, but since I've searched so long for some nice lupine recipes - without any real success - I decided to just try making up something and I love what came out! So I'll share.
Quick background: To me, lupines are the new black in vegan/healthy nutrition. These beans are nutritional superheroes, easy to grow, cheap and tasty.
Lupin beans...
have all essential amino acids*
contain about 35% protein (over 3 times the protein of lentils), 19% fibre (that's almost double the fibre of whole grain wheat) and only 10% fat (mainly unsaturated)
are a great alternative for people with soy intolerance/allergies
are incredible beautiful to grow :)

So: Recipe!
This spread reminded me of a simple egg spread (as far as I can remember, it's been a few years...)
200g Boiled lupins (aka soak the dried beans over night and boil them until soft. You can peel them after, but I used them with the peel, too time consuming to peel...)
120ml Water
2 table spoons Tahina
1/2 teaspoon Kala namak (special rock salt with sulfur)
Pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Try and add to your pleasure <3
And to be fair, I never measure anything when I cook, so the numbers above are my best guess ;) Best is to give it a try and feel! Could also be nice to add some chilli, lemon and/or garlic. Or olive oil if you want a richer texture. I'm sure you'll figure it out.
Hope you give it a try - it's really delish, SO healthy and so simple to make.
Enjoy the power plant <3
Love, Cosima
* Amino acids are the units that make up proteins. And essential means we can't 'produce' them in our bodies, so we need to get them through our diet).
